PLEASE NOTE

1. Facility requests must be made 30 days prior to the event date.  Any requests made within 30 days may be denied.

2. While we try to limit the amount of cancellations, cancellations may be made by the district at any time.

3. Requeseters are responsible for reviewing the policy linked below and understanding all costs associated with their rental.  Quotes can be provided by email bmiller@derryasd.k12.pa.us

4. Requesters are responsible for providing all information regarding setup, equipment needs, and a diagram of the setup needed when making a request.  Last minute arrangements will not be accomodated.
